Hawk Pointe Area 4 Mixed-Use Approval

Hawk Pointe Area 4’s Preliminary & Final Site was approved by the Washington Township Land Use Board on February 10. The project consists of a three-story, mixed-use building at the intersection of Route 31 North and Hawk Pointe Boulevard in Warren County. The project is part of the Hawk Pointe Development Community. The proposed building will include commercial space including a medical office, professional office, and a restaurant with drive thru. The second and third floors will consist of 26 residential apartments including 15 affordable housing units that are an important component to the Township’s effort in satisfying their affordable housing obligation.

I was rector for 22 years, my little office with fireplace was used as the nurse’s office in WW1, love to see what will become of it.
