This 68 unit / 20,000 sq. ft. mixed use development constructed by Heartland Homes redeveloped an abandoned factory site located on Main Street and the Pequannock River in the Borough of Butler.

The second phase of the Hawk Pointe Planned Village Community included 120 residential units adjacent to the 18 hole golf course and future retail component. The project is a prime example of clustered residential development with alley loaded single family homes that provide for a visually appealing streetscape.

This 101 unit single family community was designed for K. Hovnanian Companies located on the Musconectcong River in the Town of Hackettstown. Gladstone Design, Inc. provided conceptual land planning, engineering, design and permitting as well as construction stakeout services.

Located in the Borough of Metuchen and constructed by local builder LaPorta Builders, this 11 unit single family Traditional Neighborhood Design provided for alley loaded driveway access in an effort to maintain historic Main Street streetscape and 80 year old Sycamore trees. This award winning community was featured in Architectural Digest.

The project consists of 68 units of age restricted residential development on a property that was originally zoned for office use. The project required numerous NJDEP wetland approvals for access. The proposed development will reconfigure the interchange of State Highway Route 206 to provide access to the site. Given the sloping nature of the site, the units were designed with walkouts on the lower level and “four sided” architecture.
