Robert C. Moschello

As Director of Engineering, Rob employs his progressive vision and vast experience in civil and site engineering design to provide maximum quality and value for clients.

Since 1998, Rob’s experience includes project management and design of commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, golf courses, and residential subdivisions. He is responsible for the overall management of the projects design and regulatory approvals. Additionally, he provides expert testimony for development applications to municipal planning and zoning boards.

Rob is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and New York.
